The products of Bioloco Plant line are made of the compostable bioplastic PLA (Polylactide). PLA material is made from plant sugars coming from corn starch, cassava (Manihot esculenta) or sugar cane. The whole product line is melamine and BPA free.
Bioloco Plant line is produced in a climate-positive way, which means that for its production all greenhouse gas emissions are recored and are offset in double the amount, by the company’s participation in climate protection projects. These projects concern among others, the distribution of solar cookers in Henan Province of China, or the support of a UN hydropower plant project in Guatemala.
Now you can bring your own healthy food with you conveniently and safely, as the products of Bioloco Plant line are plant-based, made of the plant-based bioplastic PLA (corn starch, cassava or sugar cane). The lid of the lunchpot is made of Tritan plastic and it also has a silicone ring for extra safety. The line of products is melamine and BPA free. The lunch pots are free from smell and have neutral flavor, while they are environmentally friendly as they are reused multiple times in the place of many single-use plastic or other food containers. The products are safe to be used in the microwave and the dishwasher.
