For retail orders with charge 50 euros and above, you do not pay any delivery costs.

It is noted that before confirming your order, our system automatically informs you about the final delivery costs of your package.
In case of remote areas, ACS Courier will send you a message to retrieve your package from its nearest store.

At Green & Eco Living we believe that all deliveries of our products must be quick, efficient and safe.
It is our priority to send your package right after your payment is completed, while we give extra care to the packaging you are receiving in order to be fine and ecological (see question 3), proving in action the principles that our company stands for.
For areas within Attica region delivery time is 1-2 working days, for areas outside Attica region delivery time can be 2-4 working days, while for remote areas we estimate a handling-period of 5 working days.

Please note that you will be informed for your package delivery status via message by ACS Courier, while you can track your order through their website (https://www.acscourier.net/el/track-and-trace), by filling the voucher number that is sent to you by email.
During busy periods (promotions and campaigns, sale periods, July-August and Christmas), delivery time of your products may increase by 1-2 working days. It is our priority to ensure the delivery of your products, while we are at your disposal for any inquiries and clarifications.

We currently accept payments through Bank transactions:
You can proceed with your payment directly via deposit in our bank account.
You can also complete your purchase within the safe environment of our collaborating Bank.
Finally, we accept orders through the telephone or by email, for which we proceed with their delivery after receiving payment receipt in our email info@greenandeco.gr.
Please note we do not store your payment details and we never write your card details down if you call us and order over the phone.
